Bennett Place was born from a simple idea—that everyday community members can be the driving force behind revitalization. This inspired a group of neighbors to unite and create the changes they envision for their community. The upcoming phase of this project focuses on constructing a new sit-down restaurant, a much-anticipated amenity that will fill a significant gap in the community. In partnership with Future Firm and Olympus Culinary Solutions, Bennett Place aims to deliver a superior restaurant experience. The new establishment will feature a spacious layout encompassing approximately 3,000 square feet of dining, kitchen, and bar areas, complemented by an 825 square foot outdoor patio. The restaurant's menu will showcase the finest in elevated casual dining, a concept currently absent along the 71st St corridor.
